The areas to be digitalised include the Import and Export Permit, under which the administrative process of issuing Import and Export permits of petroleum products would be automated. This will ensure timely and transparent automation for ease of obtaining permits for such businesses.

Also the Fiscal Payment Administrative System (FISPAS), would be reengineered to enhance collection of government revenue, like royalty, concession rentals and flare out penalties. This will guarantee timely and transparent e-billing of companies therefore enhancing government revenue profile.

It also plans to improve on its Smart Inspection process which is the electronic monitoring and reporting system of petroleum products retail outlets nationwide. This gears towards generation of real time and accurate data of outlets to curb irregularities with regards to services rendered by those stations.
